Well, I was confused by 'same wavelength', assuming it was metaphysical because it couldn't have been meant physically, because 'what wavelength', but I get it. No. We were very much not on the same wavelength, or if we were, that process only would be possible through a metaphysical connection.
I want an objective reality that fits with my experiences. If that doesn't line up, then my experiences aren't real, but then they also did affect the real world in the form of my girlfriend.
What I can tell you is that
1) The effect it's having on you and your partner can totally be real, even if descriptions don't line up with reality
2) Brains are awesome

Ah. I did initially come here asking where I should go to get a scientific perspective on my experiences. I was told reddit, and I was told to go to the metaphysics channel. I did the latter knowng that reddit isn't a very viable source and hoped someone here would lead me to a better one.
Well, I asked because my server list is either gaming, tulpa, or metaphysical. I didn't want to just go to a skeptics community if I was going to ask for scientific understanding of my experiences which were metaphysical. I felt that'd be out of place.
Why did I get that weird buzzing tingling arousal that, 1, isn't like arousal, and 2, corresponded with everything that was happening in the chat?(edited)

I would say luck, but it's so much luck that it's comparable to real cause and effect. And bias doesn't do anything to explain it because of how it doesn't apply, or if it does, wouldn't cause those sensations to come up.
